FAQ's

Standard delivery is charged at £5.00 and will usually take between 2 and 5 working days. However, 48 hours is the expected delivery duration.

European delivery is charged at £18.

Standard delivery (£3.50) will usually take between 2 and 5 working days, you will be notified of the tracking information as soon as your item has been dispatched. Express dleeivery (£5.00). Please Note delivery times may take longer than stated if you live in remote areas of the UK mainland or at an offshore address. 

We aim to deliver goods within the timeframe specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that timeframe or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Monday to Friday - order by 2pm

Saturday - Orders will be shipped the next working day

Sunday - Orders will be shipped the next working day

Exceptions apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Excludes Bank Holidays. We cannot guarantee this during busy periods such as Christmas. If your order is referred for credit assesment we may be unable to fulfil the offer of Next Day Delivery.

Orders are submitted directly to our dispatch team so we are unable to change any of the information you have supplied. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery a card will be left by the courier inviting you to re-arrange delivery.

If you need to update your details at any time, these can be changed via the Personal Details section within My Account.

If you are out when your goods are delivered, you will receive a card with instructions for either collecting the order or re-arranging delivery. We appreciate that occasionally you may want your item delivered when you are out.  Anna Lou's Swimwear  cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the instance that your item is left in a "safe place" or not collected from the delivery office.


Should you not collect your item from the delivery office and it is returned to us. You will be notified and will have to pay additional postage charges. Should you not claim your item within 30 days your product will be donated to charity.

There may be several reasons for your order not being despatched all at the same time. Please login to the “My Orders” section within My Account to track the status of your order. 

Sometimes items you order may not be ready for immediate dispatch, for instance if they are on Preview, or are out of stock. In these cases, we will deliver items that are in stock to you first, to be followed by the rest of your order once it has reached our warehouse. 

You will not be charged for any extra deliveries we may have to make. Please allow 10 days from despatch before you query non-receipt of an item/parcel. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a item/parcel, you must query this within 30 days from the order being despatched. Otherwise the claim will be invalid.

Should you be charged for an item/parcel and you haven’t received this, then query this immediately, as after 30 days, a query will not be accepted.
